couple of Sept pics
hahaha, fuggers. I was sore as hell after that weekend. Not used to that exercise anymore. Used both helmets this time around. The AGV stealth has the tinted visor, fits good but rides up higher and does provide good airflow. But my contacts tend to flutter at a buck60 if all of the vents are not fully open. Going into the first corner at full speed and blinking trying to get my vision back is kinda unnerving. Was a good weekend ride.
here is the site of the great pics. Yes, I have seen some great photos from this group. And sometimes I cannot afford it. lol Saturday http://4theriders.com/viewpics.php?l...RACE_PLASTICS/

Seeing those pics reminds me of a discussion I had with my best friend who races. He says he hates to ride on the road now; just too scary for him. (He's a darn fine rider, too.) I feel exactly the opposite; I've done a couple track days that made me unnerved as hell. I'd rather ride anywhere but on the track with guys cutting me off or taking ridiculous corner lines at limb-severing speeds. I can count on stupid cagers to be stupid. Riders edging in on my "space" is a whole different violation. I trust no-one.
I admire guys who can do the track thing well. Nicely done, Drag.

Thanks jeff. Those were just a couple of pics of me trying to get my head out of *** syndrome. I do agree with your bud on staying safe on the track is easier than the streets. Allows you to concentrate on the suspension and ride technique.
