That is in fact MPH on the outside ring. Stop the video as soon as it starts playing... look at the 70 on the outside ring - now look on the inside ring... 110. Yes - that guy not only did 220 mph, but he also set the front wheel down at ONE HUNDRED AND FOURTY.

That’s insane. Freaking busa is only good for going fast. But it does it well and you have to give props to the fool who has the nuts to run it that speed.

Imagine taking a large June bug on the face shield at 220. Ha

 

Wow thats intense. The fastest I been is 147 from the speedometer in my 97 mustang, SOLD that now I got a 04 636. The fastest i been on my Kawa so far is 59mph, what you cant beat that. But I dont have a helmet or gear yet. My license plate bracket is coming in the mail fri. So give me some time. haha.

 

Hell, at that speed, even a small June bug would do some damage..

Looking closely He's at about 9.5krpm at 210mph in top gear, then pegs the speedo with 10krpm at 220mph. After that, he accellerates to a little over 11krpm. So, with some bad math, he's doing about... 240+ MPH before he finally lets off.

Damn.

 

Anyone know what the busa turns in top gear at about 65?

Speaking of bugs....

A week after I got my first nice, heavy leather jacket - I took a FAT bumble bee in the left shoulder at about 70. Thought the damn thing was gonna knock me off the bike. Left a huge bruise that looks like a good paintball strike.

The thing exploded all over the shoulder of the jacket... made one hell of a mess.

 

Good point... I saw somewhere on another forum that maybe he's changed his gears so his spedo is off...

JK I know everyone has different tast in bikes, the busa has never really done it for me. Sure is fast though!
