It is probably because the seat is on there and not hte solo cowl. The solo cowl makes it blend in. Just a thought.

Yea I think your spot on with that. I know Buell and monster ducati's arethe same thing. They have a cover that goes over the seat to make it look like a single cowl

That tail does look like it comes up a ways. Some nastey wheel clearence. I still might get one. I have a friend that works at a Kawi dealer and he is going to let me know when the first one comes in the door.
