Had a serious "Doh!" moment near the end of re-assembly when I accidentally jabbed my radiator when my knife slipped cutting the stupid zip-tie that I zipped to the timing chain to keep from having to fish it out of the engine. So I learned a little about radiator repair, no extra charge Other than that, everything went smooth.

I'm still breaking in the new cylinder so I haven't really opened it. From my two break-in sessions so far, I can definitely tell it's got some more punch. I can only imagine what one of those hopped up Ninja's would be like. [sm=nxsmile.gif]
