Got busy after she brought her bike back. Slapped on the new knobbies with the lite locs rim locks. Girl bought Tusk D flex hand guards. They went on easier n stronger than the expensive Cycra hand guards I got. The whole kit was less than what the two bar clamps for the Cycras. Beefy n sturdy those Tusk hand guards, I probably will rethink the expensive HDB hand guards for my bike after the utter simplicity of these.
Kiss. Keep it simple stupid. So basic they are awesome, my Cycras were a night mare of bending n rebending to fit them up decently.

I’ve been fortunate the heat from welding hasn’t made any unusual warpage, it actually bolted up without effort. Unfinished welds since two more angled plates to go/revision.
