I NEED A 99 KX125 Cylinder

Felt I needed to elaborate.
My cylinder is scratched up prety good. Only have about 100 lb of compression. No where near enough. But! The outside of the cylinder has a hair line crack. No one will weld/replate because of the crack. So I need a new cylinder!!! Wtf!
