hey all, poor starving mechanic needs some help.
I picked up an 82 kz 1000 csr with the intention of stripping it but it's too complete and so close to being a runner it seems the motorcycle gods will not smile if i were to part it.
the only hitch is the owner died and the title was lost and arizona wants me to jump through flaming hoops while covered in gasoline to get a title in my name.

being an 82 its a J motor and should fit all the cop frames as well. it'd be nice to get a csr frame but its quickly getting to where it won't matter so long as its good.

so i'm looking around for a clean titled frame so i can do a frame swap and get this pretty bike back on the road where it belongs. i have checked with local junk yards and all their frames are salvage and will need to be bonded by the state (which is the trouble im looking to avoid) i have also tried for some private parties but they want excessive amounts for frames they admit are just sitting around gettng dusty. ebay has been no help either
i know it won't be free (though would be awesome if it were) but $300 is excessive for a frame seeing as i get whole bikes for less than that.
