stunt and race accessories
hey guys! i just wanted to let you know that i build cages, sub ties and can cutom make or source probably anything you may want when it comes to custom, race or stunt accessories.
my cages kinda resemble the powers units, just welded better, and with different corner supports.same with the sub ties, using cold bent sch. 40 1" pipe and 3/16" flat stock. i don't use heat on my bends, so the temper is never compromised.
everythings MIG welded using a 7018-type wire (70,000psi tensile strength), and using Stargon gas and lincoln wire. i don't really like flux core welding wire, and TIG is not a strong enough weld (usually) to handle the abuse of you dropping your circle wheelies..

piping for cages are cold bent with a 16 ton shoe bender, and beveled and ground to fit perfectly.. you're not gonna get a cage with ridiculous gaps filled in by multiple weld passes and covered in powdercoat to hide it.
the cages are literally custom. they can be as simple or as elaborate as YOU like, and painted or powedercoated in the flavor of your choosing. or sent to you raw, if thats how ya want it.
i'm currently working on figuring out the ins and outs of CNC programming, and will hopefully soon be able to offer billet pegmounts and other parts. i can run manual machines at this point, so if theres something you desire thats not too intricate, i should be able to make it happen. the CNC is just soo much more precise, fast and can cut radii and offsets that even the best machinist can't match, so when i get good on that, i'll feel better about offering the machining services more..
if you think you'd like a component or service, hit me up!
i'm going to try and get pictures up of my recent F4i cage build, just for your reference, so you know i'm not a hack building junk.
i am located in the Hagerstown Maryland area, so feel free to swing by the shop for any of your needs!
thank you for your time and i look forward to helping ya out! be safe and have fun!!
