JMO but I would not recommend running a race tire on the street or canyons. They are made to be run at high temperatures, under normal riding your tires get hot and then cool down a lot and are made to this. The race tire is not and can come apart from constantly heating up and cooling off.

A good set of Pilot Powers would be best.
