Its close to me too, but my wife would kill me. I mean I did just spend $900.00 on this. But I guess a guy can dream right?

 

Here's the exact bike I had when I was 14. My first bike. My step dad bought it for me when we were on vacation in Montana. Paid $400.00 for it with American Express Travelers checks. I miss my step dad, and that bike. It actually was in this great of shape. Still can't remember why we sold it.


Even back then when I was 14 I was looking for ways to carry some extra gas. See the round container under the rack? I would fill up a Hydrogen Peroxide bottle with gas, just in case.It was the perfect fit. Good times......good times indeed.
