Dude...it's the KAWASAKI forums...what do you think?

I personally think the busa is one of the ugliest bikes made...I hate the way it looks, all bulbous with a fat ***. The 14 looks alot better, but I would rather have a 10. Of course kawi is guilty of the ugly bikes as well (ie versys). All my opinions of course, but you asked.

Sure did. Was bored. Been watching a few videos. Love KAwasaki but I would think with 100 more ccs it would run a bit better than the Busa. But I do agree. The hayabusa looks like a japanese camel because of that seat cowl.

...and the front of a busa always makes me think of a chubby, red-nosed alcoholic.

edit: I think that besides the looks, the reason I don't like busas are the culture surrounding them. It's like every squid dreams of owning a busa, and most guys I know that do ride them got it for their first bike, and are terrible riders in general. They think going fast in a straight line (not on a track) equals skills.

In the newest cycle world I got in the mail yesterday the compared the new ZX-14 and the new busa. On the dyno the busa puts out a couple more HP and in the 1/4 mile its like 4 hundreths of a second faster but at the end of the article they said they picked the zx-14 over the busa

CW reports it as still a bit more refined smoother throught the power band and more comfortable on long trips.
do they make "bag" kits for the 14?
anyone thought of putting the charger from the PWC on this thing yet ? its good for 250hp-
my brain just wont quite[8D]
