I ride and crashed often enough this year, that when I went down really hard at the sarvation ridge race I didn't feel it the next day.

on an another note. my cummins get 21 mpg somtimes 23 if I drive in seattle traffic
whats yours get?
right now I would say we are even with the gassers for fuel cost
and we get more power!

Sorry about the down deej, good thing nothing was hurt. You ever thought of using Biodiesel? Fills up your tank for a lot less than $120.

 

Oh trust me I have thought about it for a few years now, in fact they are opening a biodiesel plant 2 hours south from here so I'm hoping that we get someone here to carry it. But living in a small town in the middle of nowhere kind of keeps your choices limited. I even thought about making my own, but I don't have a garage big enough for all the tanks and mixing equipment, plus we don't have enough supply around here.

 

Dont have enough supply? theres no Mcdonalds, KFC, Burgerking, heck even the Deli at the grocery store has a tank just sitting in the back. But I agree on the space, and initial costs are crazy too, and could be a mess from time to time....and then everything else in your garage would smell like french fries and people will start calling you "that guy" at work, but you are saving money.

 

LOL the nearest McDonald's or any fast food chain is an hour away. But it was a good thought.

yup that was me big dirty brown truck, I've been treating it like a truck with all the flooding- looks like we might have my folks back in thier house this weekend.

all the big fast food joints(most anyway) pump the old stuff when they supply the place
