you mean the kick starter won't move? if so frozen motor=rebuild
kicks but does not fire=clean carb, new gas, clean plug.

 

chris, no offense but I can hardly understand a thing you post. Are you an Aboriginy bush native, or just an Aussie? You guys just talk differently over there I guess. I will eventually be able to decifer your posts I hope!
