There are those songs that just make you sick, you know the ones. And then you find out that your girlfriend or wife just loves that song, which for me, simply makes me hate it worse.

My nominations, American Pie, it just goes on and on, and somewhere, somebody is still writing that damn song!

Next, I have to nominate Achy Breaky Heart. Closely followed by the 1977 hit, Telephone Man, and Midnight at the Oasis.

And last, "You're havin' my baby"...I think it was by Neil Sadaka...

The most annoying song I've ever heard, but I can't think of the actual title and I have no idea who the 'artist' is. The lyrics are:

I've been through the desert on a horse with no name, it feels good to be out of the rain....

OMG..the whole song sounds like he's making it up as he goes along, and it's sung from beginning to end using 2 NOTES. Makes me want to put my fist through the radio.

 

Yeah, I know the song, and it does get a little monotinous. I cant remember who played it either!
I hate country misic in general. There are a lot of stupid country songs out there! If all we had in this world was country music, I would poke my ear drums out!
