We have already got a bad name, you are just keeping it bad! I do the same thing ocassionally. I like my bad name, cause if bikers were all goody two shoes, I probably wouldn,t be one.

 

True enough. I made the mistake of doing a small wheelie right in front of a sherrif's dept. this morning... I can't believe he didn't even try to pull me over.

 

And as much as I loved watching "Sons of Anarchy," I don't think that show helps our image.

 

Your right buddy, it doesn't, but we will have a bad image as long as bikes are ridden. Most people will never understand the lifestyle. They think we are crazy just because we ride on two wheels, and they will never understand that the danger is accepted by us everytime we ride. That in itself, will keep our bad boy image alive no matter what TV and the movies portray. So I just revell in the whole bad name thing and enjoy it!
I think it is really cool when you pull into a drive in or gas station, and the little kids just watch you and look at your bike, and never take their eyes off of you. Then their mom and dad is pissed because their kids think you are so cool. And when you look at their parents, they are afraid to look you in the eyes. I always give little kids the thumbs up and smile at them, and they just grin from ear to ear! Their parents just get all geeked out by that.
So essentially, we might as well enjoy our bad boy image.........I do!

welcome back bro. nuthin much has hapnt since you kind disappered... i bought a junk sled, blew the pontiac up and put the caddy on the road as a daily driver lol... my luck just keeps getting better you been up to anything else than what you already said?

 

Thanks guys, and im at it again, spending more money than i need to be! just bought some more parts for my GTP lol, but it was a bargain! got whats called an SD lip for my car, $450 part, got it for $100 from a friend.
