They had better be glad that wasn't my kid! I would pay for that to run on local TV. That guy would regret that crap for the rest of his days. Get some T-shirts made a still on then, and pass them out at the High Schools.

 

honestly, who grabs a girl by the neck and swings her around, i would def. press charges, and get his *** thrown in jail

 

This goes against the flow and i'm not saying the officer was right but in my opinion don't resist arrest. There was also more to this story than was on the video. I saw on the news that an eyewitness said one of the kids had already jumped on the officers back and was fighting back before the video started rolling so when the adrenalins up it's hard to say how i would react in that situation.
