Where I've been.

RE: Where I've been
Good luck with your goals. My sister had Gastric Bypass about 1 year ago. She's 120 lbs down! (started around 310ish) She looks like a completely different person (a much smaller person).
I have lost about 45 lbs (275 to 230) over the last 2 1\2 months by changing my eating habits. I eat twice a day. big breakfast, big lunch a little later than normal, and no more food until breakfast the next morning. It's hard, but it works. Don't ever go to bed full. I also cut out all sugar that I can. Now if I could only quit smoking!
I like Deej's idea about a support group. That could actually help.

RE: Where I've been.
I was talking to one of my best friends whos just out of med school about the lap band. Funny thing is I might need to put on a couple of pounds in order for them to aprove me. I might have to end up gaining about 5 lbs so put my bmi at the level where I will get aproved with out a crap load of waiting and tests.

RE: Where I'
it feels odd not exercising now. I guess I will just use the time I would have jogged to clean up the apartment a bit. It also feels strange trying to eat a little more. I hate being counter productive but if 5-7lbs is going to mean getting the surgery and not then so be it
