Default What kind of car do you drive?

Just thought that I'd help get the ball rolling.....

I drive a 1991 Pontiac Firebird in the summer (the salt on the roads here in the winter literally eats your car!) and in the winter I drive a 1994 Chevrolet Beretta.

1989 Chevy 3/4 ton lwb extra cab restored with 1997 interior, GM crate motor/trans, new Ac Delco a/c equipment, lower half done in spray in bedliner, upper is trumpet gold, tool box with power lock tied in to the doors and alarm. My wife has a 2004 PT Crusier silver with a few paint matching mods. I use to restore 67 to 72 chevy/gmc trucks, sold the last one for 15,000 thats were I get ( c10 ) from. Now I just deal with the three above, and man alot eaiser on the pocket book. iN THE PIC THAT IS SNOW STARTING TO FALL CHRISTMAS EVE HAD 5" HERE FIRST SNOW IN 15 YEARS SHOULD OF SEEN PEOPLE TRYING TO DRIVE.

Nice truck. We've got an 87 Chev Shorty 4x4 with a 350, not a bad looking truck, but needs some work.

I can imagine folks trying to drive down there, its bad enough around here when the first snow fall hits. It seems to take a bit before people realize that they need to slow down a bit.

Some Ford's are okay (like the new Mustang - Sweet looking car!). I had a Ford once it truly lived up to the blue lemon (no offence or anything onewheel!) - not a good experience. After that, I don't think I'd ever buy another one. Personally, my next car will be an old muscle car (67, 68 or 69 Firebird), rebuild one for drag racing maybe. But it is true at least we all agree on Kawi's

I've had that happen to me too. I know another forum that does that to you, I don't know why but man it is so friggin annoying. Sweet looking truck, looks like you did an awesome job. I like doing stuff like that, an ex of mine bought an 82 Camaro that was hurtin pretty bad, we fixed her up and had it looking brand new. Yanked the 2.8 out of it and but in a 305 but it blew so we replaced it with a 283 (that was one awesome working motor)!
