Well it has been about a month since I have last posted and I figured it was about time. For three weeks I was in Israel (great trip) and this last week I have been busy with all the stuff I missed while I was gone. Imight make up a thread later with some of the pics from my trip if anyone is interested. I have stopped by a couple of times real quick and I have noticed that the girls on bikes thread is still active. Thanks to all contributing to that. And I was wondering if there was anything else of great interest that I missed?

However I do have a question regarding motorcycle gear. It has been in the 90's here lately and it isgetting touncomfortable to wear my leather jacket. Does anyone know of a good mesh style jacket that would allow me to get good airflow, but still offer good protection? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I just bought a Dainese Summer Jacket... Man, I freakin' love it. CE elbows, shoulders, and back armor. Padding on the chest. It's mesh like a football jersey. Nice and cool. Cycle Gear page

 

Israel was great, I took part in a archeological dig at Bethsida for about two weeks then we stayed in Jerusalem for another three days. Not to mention we got to see a lot of different sites such as Masada, Qumran, Caesarea, and Petra in Jordan. As well as a lot of the Holy sites in Jerusalem. I didn't get to ride any camels , but I did get to see a few. And yea it was pretty hot.
