Well I flew home friday morning from regina (had to leave my truck there so no vehicle for my day off)...played video games (rockband and call of duty 4) ALL day friday...then went to Hardcore Championship Fighting show here in Calgary. Ok so it was not a bad start to theweekend (was sore the next day). Got the call I had to fly out sunday morning back to work, for 1 day off super. Watched UFC and brock lesnar lose!! DAMMIT! Tim Sylvia too, no longer a fan of him. Then the Pats lose. Now we're drilling ahead today and my equipment is broken 1400 meters down hole, just a matter of time before its completely piled up and we have to scramble to get new stuff down hole.

God I need some days off!

Ah I'm just complaining. I've got some days booked off feb 14th to the 21st...if I get them or not is another story.

 

hmm, a busy weekend. Being sore is good or bad?

 

sore as in really hung over...watching guys beat the crap out of each other makes me drink. so being hungover and receiving a phone call saying I gotta fly out the next morning....with half my day wasted in bed already...makes for a **** off. but like i said, I'm just been complaining....and i've only had 4 non paid days since december 20th....but that also means that many paid days. getting my basement developed and i'll be able to pay for it flat out, plus pay my coorporate taxes...and then spring will be slow...which is perfect because it'll be about time to bring out the klx

Days off are a good thing, but the pay must be nice!

The pay is real nice...almost too good to be true. But...like I'm sure you can relate to as well, you give up so much that it doesnt seem worth it at times.
