Passenger shot him and did the ol' tuck n' roll. Then planted the gun under the bike. Only to escape undetected.

 

sounds like foul play. no one shoots themself in back of the head.

maybe the other deer did it for taking out his buddy?

 

Phycologically, suicides dont go for the back of the head, but if he cracked his head hard enough to think he was dying and needed to put himself out of his misery, who knows what he was thinking. But getting the gun underneath the bike afterward is the hard part.

They didnt say what type of gun it was but it could have fired off a round in the slide and slid up under, also unlikely...

I'd like to think that noone would see a stranger wreck, stop, just happen to find a gun on him, and shoot him with it, which leaves someone he knew who found an opportunity to kick him while he was down, possibly an ex wife who knew he carried, or had access to his guns. Since the gun was under the bike, I would say it wasnt premeditated, but who knows... I'm over thinking it.
