Which website is easier for you to sell stuff on ...ebay or cycletrader?
So, in my never ending efforts to make my classifieds site as easy to use as possible, I'm been doing some research... and it has brought me to this question.
What is easier for you guys to sell stuff on, ebay or say autotrader/cycletrader.com? do you prefer auctions or fixed price selling? any feedback would be appreciated guys

Lol, yeah. I haven't been entirely happy with the way google looks at my site, so I've been working on another setup to replace it in the next two weeks. I spelled bombardier right on that one I promise!

With E-bay you cando auction or buy now so it is more versatile. I can't stand how cycle trader search site is set up you put in street bike and dirt bikes still come up on you search.

Prom- You probably did see an add from a month ago. The ads are set up to display for 45 days as that is the average time frame it takes for an individual to sell a $15k bike. The user can delete the ad if it sells before then. With that said, when the updated site hits, there will be a displayed date.
Mike- cycletrader's search engine is, um.. retarded. there are alot of things about that site that make you just kind of scratch your head and wonder "were they drunk when they designed that?"
Lmac- craigslist is indeed mostly free. However, my site will not be free forever. I'm aiming to start charging in Late fall, early winter, and the craigslist leaves alot to be desired for some users.
thanks for your input guys, really appreciate it.[&:]
