yea i feel like an idiot, cause at the time i didnt have the job opportunity, but then one day i went in and one of my friends that works there was like dude! apply, youll get the job...and like a few days before that was my birthday, and yea...hopefully someones lookin out for me, cause i would love the job, if something bad shows up tho, im not sure they will hire me...

 

Yeah so I got the word today. I definitely can't go to Vegas. Manpower issues. They Denied my request for leave so....

I'm sad! No Vegas on my B-day *sniffle* But they gave me the week of Dec 9-17 off....so I guess that'll make up for it. So I'll be headed back to Washington State that week....I still wanna go to Vegas...maybe I'll go to Vegas instead. I dunno yet. Got PLENTY of time to decide....ohh and they gave me Thanksgiving off too! Muahahah the Turkeys are cringing in fear!!!

so what, is nobody able to make it to vegas in october or what?? sure was a lot of hype in the beginning everyone... whats a weekend of fun worth to everyone????

Manpower issues. We are down quite a few officers right now. Rookies will be released into regular rotation in mid November hence the vacation in December and Turkeyday. Believe me I want to go to Vegas so dang bad its not even funny. My Sgt. advised that if he could at all let me have it he would but his hands are tied at this point.
