On a good note I have found a new location for our new Juice store and it should be open in January 07. [sm=happy046.gif]
Will be getting the preliminary lease to go over this week and with in 2 weeks have all the agreements signed and then we can start the design and construction.

I can't wait to dump the ac company, will feel little sad because it has been a part of me for the last 12 years but it's time to move on.

well looks like I should be able to make it afterall...and ima see if one of my boys wants to go also.....if we get his bike fixed in time. His dad sorta let it drop over and damaged the tail. Were gonna fiberglass it and repaint it.
