Vacation to Germany
#21
Wow....that's pretty stunning, Eric. I feel my German heritage oozing to the surface of my skin. What is IMMEDIATELY noticeable to me, is how CLEAN everything appears; no crap on the roads or parking lots, no junk cars, beer cans, TRASH anywhere. Beautiful scenery and buildings kept in good repair. Excellent food (and beer) I'm sure! Nothing quite like riding on a 747, either. Any moto-riding opportunities, or is this strictly a tourist event for you? Family? How long are you/were you there? Do you speak any Duetsch?
Really, that's great stuff. Thanks for sharing!!!

I was trying to get my cousin to give me the keys to the honda Transalp that he had but he wasnt buying it. Mainly sightseeing trip. I have two great uncles there and all of thier kids and their kids. My Grandma and her two sisters came to america when she was 16, her two brothers stayed in germany. I was there for two weeks. I speak a little bit of german, towards the end of my trip i was starting to be able to understand a good bit.
