ohh crap, your done for. i had one of those from merging into the fast lane due to construction, went from 4 lanes to 1 and i didnt move into the 1 or 2 lane fast enough when the construction zone broke. kinda hard to merge a truck and trailer over when all the ******** are ripping around you. case got dropped. good luck bro.

Kind of hard to fight this one, oh and I would if i had 1/2 a leg to stand on, i was clearly at fault so TS is the only way to go.

**UPDATE** concerning lost documents, I spent 43 mins on hold with Santa Ana Justice today and they will be sending out new ones so I can make it to TS. 43 mins has to b close to a record [>:]

two weeks ago on the west bond 91 at the Downey exit, the fool in front of me decides to enter back into the freeway, which is stopped and blocks the off ramp. I go 1/2 into the emergency lane and go around him, f%cking CHP in front of us sees me in the mirror and pulls me over. Cites me for driving in the emergency lane. [>:]
I may fight that one, or see if i can schedule the second traffic school close to the OC one.
