hahh hokie you beat me to the bic pen....make a cut and rub some ink in it...I've see that quite a bit. Especially in guys that I arrested that hadn't been to prison yet ...little crosses and names etched in their arms with razorblades and they would rub ink from a bic pen ...ahhh disaffected youth...

yup,a drawing on a piece of paper with a pen some clear underarm deoderant to transfer the image and you got your base pic to color in.I used to watch these drunken morons at a party and they would think they had the coolest tats until they were sober
