Well, he deserved getting shot, no doubt. And there was absolutely nothing wrong with the dude bustin a cap in that guy. But if it was me, and the guy did not have a gun out in the open, I'da just kicked a mudhole in his ass! I think that would have been a lot more fun. But that's just my style.
There is something really enjoyable in just kicking somebodies ass that really needs it. My policy is if there are no guns, kick ass. When the guns come out, start shootin.
