Take it to the street!
Wow! Thank you to the people here that gave me the courage to take my baby out on the street. Got home with enough sunlight to take her out towards the local super Wallie World and get out on the highway. The bike handles so smoothly. A little steering input and it does the countersteering. Shifting through the gears was smooth and even if I made a few noob mistakes on that throttle it felt quite forgiving. Since she's still under break-in I tried very hard to keep her under 4000 but I found myself having to go 6000 almost all the way to keep from getting run over. I hope she forgives me for this and she seats the rings correctly. [&o]
Everything's starting to click slowly one by one. I can't wait to tahe her out again tomorrow night. Got home at 6:30 and came back at 8, I felt that I could have stayed out all night!
I love this sport!

If this is your first bike you might want to keep it off the Highway for a few miles. It is better to make noob mistakes at a slower speed than at 70mph.
Just my two cents
glad you are enjoying your bike.
