Haven't posted in a while, but some might remember I had a GS500F a short while ago. Anyways, the guy had a lien on the title which was not paid off. Long story short, after a lot of hassle, he gave the money back and I returned the bike to him. So I am without steed once again.

Next summer I might keep an eye out for another GS500F, Ninja 500, or SV650S.

 

hmm sorry to hear that, it sounds like you are not having much luck getting into a motorcycle. Just hang in there you will be riding one before you know it.

 

That sucks, how did the GS feel?

 

I liked it. Granted I only got to ride it around the parking lot. I would certainly consider another.

I might look at Ninja 500s, if I can get over how ugly they are. The front fairing doesn't go forward enough, leaves the wheel looking naked. Ugh.

The two bikes I want are an SV650 or a Ninja 650, but I can't afford them.

 

right on. I do think that the two rides you listed are minimal in suspension adjustments, but should be good rides also.

 

Thats too bad that things didn't work out wannabe. From the looks of it you're gonna have to get past the looks of the 500 and just get one and ride it!!!!! j/k - I hope you find something soon!
