my worst accident came on a friends Yamaha YZ 80 , wasn;t accustomed to the pwer bands . Hit a hol;e hidden by some grass , flipped the front end sideways throwing my ribs into the side of the handle bars .Didn't break anything but it sure as hell bruised my ribs up real good .

one break - 2 bones. my forwarm. but that wasn't bike related. and i had some pretty spectacular spills mountainbiking - inluding hyperextending my wrist in the middle of a course. i couldn't use my rear brake the rest of the ride.

yes it sucked - but not *****.
i did take me out of the racing season though. was a slow recovery for all my tendons
