Think it's because he removed the catalytic converter allowing fire to go through the exhaust? I had a bunch of people saying it's because of the rotary engine. I don't see any other cars doing that. Just people f'ing with their exhaust and modding it.

 

Maybe Rocket/Warlock could use that to fish out the Harley's. Just kidding man. Don't slice my throat or anything.
