Scrapin pegs!
These past few weeks of ridin I have been pushin it pretty hard. My friends have been taken pics of me and I was comin close to draggin my knee. So I started tucking them up next to the bike because I don't have a full leather suit. Last sunday I leaned the bike farther than I ever had and a started scraping my pegs (crazy feelin)!!! Can anyone tell me a good suit to buy for a good price?

RE: Scrapin pegs!
Joe Rocket, I have the two piece suite just because it is easier to get in and out of for everyday ridding. Speed master pants and jacket, 2 blaster jackets and speed master gloves. The speedmaster pants and the blaster jacket have been down twice at freeway speeds and I still use both of them.
Good stuff.
Also check out the Sidi boots.

RE: Scrapin pegs!
Sorry people but they no one was takin pics this weekend. But i can take a pic of the bottom of my pegs. I only did it twice on the right side.(it kinda freaked me out) here is a website with some pics of me ridin a few weeks ago.http://www.photoreflect.com/scripts/...um=0&adjust=-1 Just click previous and they go in order. There are six for that up hill pass, but there are more pics of me coming down, back up, and down again. they go from page 17 to 12 just look for my 636 with the red windscreen! hope yall like the pics. and you can see why I need some leathers!

RE: Scrapin pegs!
Depending on your build/sizing, does dictate what brand in the end. But I had a set made up from Z leathers back in 1990 that have been patched one time, but held up well. They are 1.5 mil and are a little on the heavy side (16lbs) with armor and the sewn in spine protector. The hook and loop on the knees are wearing out now(another repair so the pucks will stay on). Leathers are a good investment and glad that you are wanting a suit.
