Pretty amazing bike. I saw one on the trails in Maine. He was climbing rocks and running it thru mud like a nut.

Yeah, when I was a seismologist, we did surveys that were on most of the time, way out in the wilderness. We had a F-250 Ford, CJ5 Jeep, and a Rokon. I can tell you that they are awesome machines, and are only limited by your riding skills. I have taken them over large boulders and wondering what i would do if I got off balance from side to side. Because the Rokon was going to go over that rock. They have a very low top speed and a small two cycle engine, but if you can stay on it, it will probably get you there.

there is a company that makes 2wd dirt bikes, they take a crf250 and make it 2wd, its like $7K upgrade, i saw one over in NJ, i have pics, but cant get into my photobucket at work.

and they have 4 stroke version now also.

the one model the wheels are hollow so you can store fuel/etc in them.
