Default Road Kill Squirrel

So the forum has been a little dead lately so I thought I would ****e it up a bit with something different. Itook a quick little off-road trail ride after work today. Whilezipping down a sugar sand trailI had a squirrel run out and try to dive through my front forks. There was nothing I could do to dodge him and he got tossed about 20 yds up the trail from me. I zip up to him and he's a gonner....broken back I guess....well I decided not to let him go to waste andpick him up and toss him in the backpack. I have eaten small game my whole life and miss it very much. I usually just salt, pepper, flour and fry them but this time I added some cajun ****es. Here are some pics of my big kill. Enjoy....

I had to clean him in the GARAGE SINK not the kitchen

Lookin Good

Delicious!!!

You're preachin to the choir - good stuff right there. And using a .22 even makes it a challenge.

I love calamari (that's fried squid) and tako (raw octopus) over a bed of sunomono is also pretty good. To each his own! YUM!!
