Default RIDING TOMOROW

Riding tomorow with a group of guys going to be a 2 to 300 hundred miler of twistes all over south east TexaTry to get some pics for you felow members e****aly for those of you up north in the snow n cold. ( sorry ) Invited copperorangealong hope he makes it. Got my leathers in today perfect timing. They fit well but the jacket is a larger size that I had already so the zipper is 3" longer than the pants .So going to buy a new perfarated jacket the smaller size for summer riding, leather of course. I will use the bigger one for winter since it alows me to were another jacket under it for cold weather riding. Take care

Ugh, every time I hear somebody down south talking about how they are still riding makes me hate winter even more. Nothing against you, c10, it's just this Michigan winter.

The ride went very well. ther were about 15 bikes there but my friend paul n his good friend robin did not want that group with us. Both of them are very exp riders and are very fast. They have had a few people go down trying to ride beyond there limits chasing them so it was just the three of us. They were ahead of me all the time except when I wanted to be in the middle for either one of them to watch my lines and controls through the turns. They said I was very smooth and with more practice the addintial speed will come. Paul Let me ride his 2000 1100 Rex with full race tech in the forks and Ohlins shocks out back. Man his bike handled so good it was a night and day diffrence. He has the cams installed and Kerker pipe but his 1100 was alot slower feeling than my fully moded 1200. He said he was impressed how strong my 1200 pulled, On the straights were we would all just go I pull back up to them in no time at all. Robin was riding a new R1 and one time him and I were going at a pace of 155 plus. It was good to ride with them, and I am going to ride some more today but solo. Sorry no pics of yesterday I fore got the camera, Zbike there was a nother rexer in the other group he might of taken pics and posted at the zrxoa site. I think he was a little mad though cause all bikes were at Fayitville for lunch and I thought everyone would ride together and so did he, and we left with out them, I posted a thread in recent ride and meetings called Ride to Fayitvile There I made an apoligy to them cause most of them didnt look at us and sat at the other end of the resturant. Oh well cant make every one happy all the time.
