Yes, Rick... they were Jams. I had a drawer full of them. I also had the ripped up blue jeans and the black leather jacket, The feathered hair, and the Iron Maiden t-shirt. I listened to Motley Crue religiously, and rushed home from school in time to watch Small Wonder. My sister went to schoolwith a rhinestone encrusted backpack wearing a Puffy-Paint decorated sweatshirt and Jellies, but only after she attacked her hair with a krimping iron. I had a Trapper-Keeper to keep all of my school papers in order, and I stole my sister's Snap-Bracelets (the sheer mechanics of how those things worked was a mystery that I was determined to solve. I remember watching the world television debut of the Karate Kid (I had a big thing for Elizabeth Shue when that came out) and had a Teddy Ruxbin. Yes, I'm very nostalgic, and now I feel very old!
