I love cats, but my wife is allergic, so I sacrifice by not having one. I think I'll live. Kind of reminds me of the bumper sticker my mom has, it says "the more I learn about men, the more I love my dog."

lol.. well, heres to hoping that you don't learn too much about men, in that strange sense...
as far as females, i feel the same. i've noticed that a dog or cat unconditonally loves you whether you'r ugly, rich, poor, have a nice bike or not, or whatever.. kinda sad.
the more i get shot down from sexy shallow chicks, the more i wish they carried those animalistic values of companionship and being non-judgemental. what the hell ever happened to that!?

i'm ok.. just a touchy subject. i seem to associate the whole relationship/girl/love/honesty/whatever bit to things like that. i can make some strange connections with things, i guess..
haha...having a chick completely disassociate with you after 2 great years in a rough spot in your life leads ya to question why animals have the whole unconditional companionship and love instinct, and why some people don't.
i could write a book on that crap!
