I'm on my lunch break, or I'd post some.

I got a Monster AVL-300, and it takes place of all of those, just doesn't pause, play, or forward on my DVR, which I never really use anyway. Monster probably didn't put in the right code or something. Even works with my 360. Found it in the trash at work and decided I could sell the working parts on eBay, until I found out it was complete and brand new out of the box.
