Default Quit smoking

I was sick for a few days with the dreaded flu. I couldn't eat or sleep. Bad things started happening in the bathroom in which I'll spare ya the details. Missed 3 days of work. The worst thing of all I couldn't enjoy my cigarettes with my coffee! So I figured nows a good time to quit....I haven't had a smoke since 7:15am ....I think I'll go run my head into a wall now!...

You'll feel a lot better. When I went home on leave, I didn't smoke at all the whole time I was a home. My lungs started clearing out, and I felt better than I had in a long time. Then I got back here, and that was all she wrote.

Good Luck with it. I know what you mean. It's tough that first few days and even for a couple weeks. Keep yourself busy and stay away from the aggravations that will make you want to smoke more if you really want to quit. Aggravation will turn you into an ever-smoking chimney, at least it does with me.

I went back to smoking after quitting for 3 months in '86and now I don't care anymore. My life gets wasted by other folks' interference in it so I've lost my motivation to quit smoking. Wish it were otherwise for me, but its not. The people who've messed with my life so badly have made it not worth the effort to quit at this point.

Good Luck with it!!!

Those blue ones, pale blue, are French, not Arabic; they're called Gauloises or something like that. Still the French spent so much time in Arab North Africa, maybe they are Arab after all.
