Default Quarter pounder with cheese

Man I was in a hurry last night and just stopped in Micki D's for a quick meal. I had a QP with cheese, fries, nilla shake and a apple pie. About an hour after I ate that stuff, I felt like there was a badger in my stomach trying to tear it's way out.
This always happens! Does anybody know why Mc Donalds food has in it? This is like the third time this has happened. I can eat all kinds of ****ey stuff and it does not bother me at all. I pretty much have a lead stomach, but just one trip to the arches, and it's tummy ache city. PS, why does this site edit s p i c e y ?

I haven't eaten at McDonalds for a few years, and I have heard that people always get sick from eating there. But they got the McRib again, and I'm sorry but I'm gonna take my chances, I love the McRib, and was devastated when they stopped making it...........whoops....was that out loud?

well the way i see it, i eat mostly at home, so when ever i eat fast food (BK or McD) I feel awful. it feels like that stuff is just sitting there for hours, and then i get the runs...so if you are used to eating good stuff then yes when you eat something hat heavy in fat your body will not be able to take it and will make you feel sick. i ate McD about 3 years ago. and it made me Awful sick i sat on the throne and did not leave for days
