I'm sorry for your loss bro. The poem below is etched on the back of my nephew's grave marker and has given our family comfort knowing that death is just a gateway to another place where we'll meet up again.

The Broken Chain:

We little knew that morning that
God was going to call your name.
In life we loved you dearly
In death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you,
you did not go alone;
for part of us went with you,
the day God called you home.
You left us peaceful memories,
your love is still our guide,
and though we cannot see you,
you are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken
and nothing seems the same,
but as God calls us one by one,
the chain will link again.

I'm sorry to hear the bad news George, if you need anything please let us know.....
some of us are only a couple of hours away. We can free up some riding time.

Come on out to the 25 hr ridge race in Goldendale at the end of the month; should be a good time had by all!

Ole Guy, I really wish I lived closer so I could come visit, and help get your mind off of things. Plus it would be good to meet you.
