before my injury, i could lift the back of small cars, squat style,and in my last sled press competition, i pushed 1199 lbs on the vertical sled three times...although now i struggle to press more than 6 or 7 hundred...[&o]

im actually very poor with computers...what i learned i did so while getting my degree...my high school was crap and didnt influence computer skills...guess they figured that it was just a fad...:eek:

from playing hockey, i have always ahd very strong legs, and when i grauated from high school, which was when i was into the 1000+ mark, i was MUCH bigger than i am now...i was tipping the scales around 305 pounds...then i dropped a hundred or so pounds in college. but freshman year, the leg machines in the gym didnt have enough weight, so i lifted a full rack with two of my bigger male friends standing on the weights...until the cord broke..and i was banned for "intentional misuse of equipment...[:@]

but once i hurt my knee, and had to learn to walk again, i could lift 400 with my good leg only, and i could barely move the bare rack with my bad leg....im just happy to be able to walk again, and skate..

Shon , I know what you mean. I clicked on it though and a faint picture comes up. I tried and tried, but I think for some reason the system jsut won't take the size of the document. I will try it again next week when I get back to work.
