Default PC work

I took on the task of putting a new hard drive into my pc. Now I have 3 of them. Ii was easier than I thoght it would be. Now I'm just moving folders to the new drive.

Has anyone else done work to their pc? This is my second hard drive job, and I've put a DVD drive also.

We now proclaim you a geek! Isn't it great to do something like that and not have to pay the geek squad $300 ?

I have done HDDs, disc drives, graphics cards, etc. Computers are pretty simple to learn, and knowing how to do it yourself will save you a pricey trip to the "thief squad".

i recently had a virus and spyware that took over my pc, the virgin squad wanted over 200$ to remove it,(never had a spyware blocker installed), i told them NO , so i just backed up my important files and restored the computer. it definately pays to work on your own stuff.they charge like 50 dollars to install ram , i could do it blind folded.
