This town is so small that all the high speed internet is routed through the university cause the cable company was too crapy to build their own servers, so it could be something between google and the university servers. It just started happening yesterday.

I'm not a big fan of IE. I use opera most of the time

 

its much better if you have a few screens open it puts them all on tabs.
