Went and installed the ac unit, fan coil for those in the know, today and should be framming tomorrow. Here is a couple of more pics, thanks again for all the replies and good wishes.
This is a York fan coil, I am more used to Bryant and Carrier but the landlordhad installedthe York 13.0HP condenser when the building was constructedso I thought I should keep it a matched system.
Supposed to get our store front and street monument sign installed next week, can't wait to see our name on the building.

30 clear inches and the ceiling will be right under that pupply, after I cut back the extra all-thread
