Amazing. That's an example of how good a rider you can be when you're "one" with the machine. When we walk on slippery surfaces we compensate to sliding, slipping, etc... This guy does the same thing on his bike as if the wheels are another set of feet. He's the Kwai Chang Kane of motorcycling.

fuggin gangsta. i got into drifting the **** out of my 7 lately.. like ALOT. on dry. at high speeds. quite fun and enjoyable.

love wet riding more tho and the slides go much longer, but are a little more snappy. on dry, just dial throttle to = lean and tail-out angle.. in wet, it's more feather on/off the gas to maintain the composure of the slide. sadly, the bridgestone i have now is FAR more compliant than the shinok i had.. which makes no sense.. very hard to break it loose now.

 

How did you feel about the shinkos? I've never heard of them but they are selling for like $160 a set, wonder how the performance is.

Be careful drifting that beast, hate to see it take a tumble after all that work.

 

Its really great to see that the guy could ride so well in wet track.He's a very good rider.

 

jon, i loved that tire.. for as soft as it was, it had stellar feedback and was VERY controllable when it did break loose. the older it got, the less grip it had, which i really liked.. because i am a retard. i have a bridgestone on now. and for some reason even being a harder compound, it only slides when i'm really mad.

wheelies like a champ tho.

i have a shinko on the front and have absolute confidence in it. not sure where everyone gets their info and why they all talk shyt.. but these are great tires.
