1994 Mustang 5.0 gt, went down to tampa afterwork and picked it up, any suggestion for exhaust ,

yeah it was the orignal plan, now im thinking of just ripping the cat and stuff out, just running straights from the headers , no state inspec. down here so i figure why not

It depends on what sound you are looking for. If you want that deep throaty V8 growl, get an H-Pipe. If you want it to scream, go with an X pipe. MAC makes a pretty good exhaust system for them.

Flowmasters sound really good on Mustangs. There are few cars these days that are capable of that menacing growl that scares 4bangers senseless by sound alone.

It being a 302, I would go for the deep rumbling snarl of an H pipe. Set of flowmaster mufflers, you'll be scaring the hell out of the high school kids in their eclipses before you know it.
