id say about 11lbs is a good start not exceeding 14lbs to bad this wasnt a diesel motor. i can boost 45lbs and have that classic diesel turbo spool sound just like my big truck. diesel foci do exsist, in other countries [:@]

my goal is 300hp to the wheels and on this motor, its not hard to do once the turbo comes in. right now im only at 150 to the wheels. just the basic stage 2 turbo will give it another 100hp and add on the boost control and different injectors, fuel rail, tuning and 300 is a cake walk. if i go the cam route and start getting into the internals of this motor the numbers are endless. hell them rs and european foci are 375 stock.
