Default new project

see heres the thing, i need some input, me and my buddy finally got the motor, for the golf cart beast, yes heres the thing were putting a 6r motor into a golf cart, why you ask simple we have nothing better to do, soo heres the first problem that comes to mind, shifting i was thinking of fabing a shift lever into a longer bar and drilling throug the back of the cart and having the gear shifting about waist height on the left side of the driver, and welding a peice of handlebar to it and using a clutch levar running the cable back to the motor soo in theory to shift, use your left hand squezze clutch lever, and then lift up, kind of like a handbrake idea, you guys understand what im talking about?
